Schooling Life

Im not updating for so many days. Ya, back to school last week, started to get everything back to normal. Perhaps, i've found that these few weeks will be the busiest weeks of the year i think. Anyway, i'll try to update about something later on.

Here's the list i gonna do for the coming weeks,

1) Leo Club.

My presidency term starting soon. Im nervous as im not experience enough. Ya, im serious in getting the club back to its business. LEO 72? Year Plan? Upcoming Projects? Arrgghh..
two weeks to go...

2) Ozio Enterprise.

Im lacking commitments in this young enterprise lately. Sorry guys!! However, i think that we must solve our members' commitment problems along with the productions going on. Cheer up.
one month to the sales...

3) Monitors' Board.
Gosh!! The most headache stuffs as i dont have enough ideas and thoughts for the board's mid-year camp. Besides, the number of attendance is also the key to the camp. Many to finish though im pretty confidence with it. haha.
two weeks to the camp...

To add to my woes, again im tested of my abilities and commitments to retain as an exco member in the board. This time, to take charge of the AGM. I received the news this morning and i straightaway started this job since i feel like want to settle it quickly. Much suprises as i seldom do things so early.
one month to AGM...

4) Handball.
It is just an easy task as it's just the school level competition. What im worry is, it's going to take at least a whole morning. And so unfortunately, the competition falls on the same day of the Monitors' Mid-year Camp. Omg.
two weeks to go...

5) Graduation's Photo.

Yes, we Chung Ling Form 4 boys are taking our graduation's individual photo in the first week of July. Im the committee and im in the photography group. That's why... Haiz...
three weeks to go...

Wonder how's can i have my private time?? Perhaps some hang outs first?? Hmmm. Good idea.
Basically, im going to challenge these few things in the upcoming weeks. And thats my purposes of going to school these few weeks. School lessons?? haha. VERY FUNNY!!!

Teachers Day 08'

All it has to go back to the last day of the examination period which was also the day before the holidays we've just past. It left the last paper, Civic on the last day, and Chung Ling High School was celebrating the annual Teachers' Day.

For you guys information, the school's admins would present gifts for the teachers on that day every year. And, fortunately, this BIG project goes to the CLHS Young Enterprise of the year. It's the OZIO Enterprise for the year 2008. I'm serving as a dead member currently.

Discussions and meetings for the gift were being conducted for a few months and at last we came out of something useful for teachers.Look below for what gift we have done. And the idea was from Liang Sun, the Marketing Director of the company, if im not mistaken.

It's really weird for us at first. Why?? We were to use the Kemahiran Hidup Bengkel for Jahitan in CHUNG LING HIGH SCHOOL!!! I bet most of the Chung Ling boys will not have a chance to go in. When i went in for the first time, it gave me a feeling like, WOW!! How many years that this room is being left unoccupied??

Below is the simple procedures of our production for this gift:
Firstly, the preparation and measurement work. Alvin's in the job.

Then, the process goes to the sewing part. It needs the skills a lot. I tried a few, but Shi Jie, the Production Manager, did most of them. Well done, boy!!

The string is then tied up. But the long, long, long string has to be measured first.

Lastly, it goes to the Quality Control Department. Here's Lip Wei, the Quality Control Manager, doing his work.

We didn't use so many sewing machines as most of them are dysfuntionable and we actually didn't really know how to use it. Haha. We gave up and used the electronic one instead. LOL

Tatatata!!! Here it is!!

It's a pouch. The purpose of it is to keep the marker pens. We designed it according to the size and the shape of the marker pens. We had this idea since we found that most of the Chung Ling teachers have a lot of marker pens, but they just tied it together with a rubberband.

Ya, we also gave them a pen inside the pouch. It has ''Happy Teachers Day 08 OZIO'' printed on it.

*To the OZIOssss, come on guys!! You all started it
such amazingly at first. Don't let it down. One more month to the big, big, big
event!!!! Wake up!! Wake up!!

A Thursday at Friend's House.

Thursday. I was about to join my friends in school for the CLHS Koperasi Gathering. But at the last minute, my another gang of friend, called me for a small gathering with them at Teikz house. Since i paid RM15 for the Scouts campfire already, im not willing to fork out another RM12/RM15. And of course, i wanna stay away from that Big Clock Building, Chung Ling High School. So, i gave them 747 Aeroplane while i went to find Teik as i hardly can see Teik n co. even for a movie due to my overwhelming shit activities.

Ya, i remebered Ck said when we were in Jusco, ''Why are we supposed to have healthy food in an unhealthy food party??'' You're right, men!! haha

That's how they gone wild.

Since the Las Vegas members didnt come, so we just entertained each other with some games.

The cards were used to play the game. Some sort like Truth or Dare?? I played plenty of times yet i dont know what is the game's name.

Below were part of the game:

Dare to lick?? omg...

Its not a kiss i remembered clearly, but i forgot what were they doing actually.

And the most disgusting of all.

I did this!! Foot massage for him, so great.

They two kept on mix, mix and mix. Cocktail meh???

They drink, drank, drunk... LOL

But we didnt know what we drank also, they two mixed up whatever liquid available in Teik's house. Coke, Pepsi, sauce, milk, milo, egg?? arrhh i just know all weird stuffs.

Its nice sometimes to sit down together and share the happiness with friends as it fosters the friendship. Rather than hanging out as its tiring, or staying at home. Especially for ppl like me.

And i just noticed everyone was using their phone in this pic except Teik and I.

They played something nice after the game. Prank Call!! It wasnt that successful at first as Chia Hong laughed in the call.

Anyway, that guy was terrified after the phone passed to Yu Zhe. You damn pro men!! And lastly the phone went to the big boss, CK. After all gone like gonna be a fight, Ck told that guy,'' So when are you free?? Wanna come gurney and meet??(for the purpose of settling the argument stuff) .......... And lastly Ck said,''I treat you a meal at KimGary!!'' Haha.

And we did the weirdest thing before we went home. I'll not elaborate here. Ask me personally if you wanna know.

That's one of my night during holidays. Simple yet fun. Chung Ling High School?? Piss off!!

*That's all your horror movie in your house Teik?? So so
so lame your horror movie!! haha.

Malaysia Boleh!!!

Yes, i think most of the Malaysians knew about the hefty oil price increase, hiking 78sen more to RM2.70 per litre.

However, i bet most of you dont know some news/information about the oil price. Okay, here it goes.

1)Many said its still okay compared to other countries. But, what if we,Malaysia, pengeluar minyak yang berkualiti, compare with the countries which export oil??

Here's the list:

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, he rocks!! 16sen per litre in his country!!

Venezuela RM0.16
Turkmenistan RM0.25
Nigeria RM0.32
Iran RM0.35
Arab Saudi RM0.38
Kuwait RM0.67
Qatar RM0.68
Bahrain RM0.87
Mesir RM1.03
UAE RM1.19

Oh ya, and even our dear neighbour, Brunei, is retaining its RM1.22. Gosh, its like more or less the same oil price in Brunei for the past few years.

2) PETRONAS IS SUBSIDISING THE WHOLE WORLD??
(i read through some blogs and for the protection of my blog and i, you better check it out yourself)
The company has contributed more than RM330 billion to the government over the past 30 years, in the form of taxes, dividends, export duties and royalties.

Penang chief minister, Lim Guan Eng, once revealed in a statement as below:

''Petronas invested RM2.1 billion in KLCC Property and has a 51 per cent stake in it.''

''KLCC in turn is involved in the twin tower projects,Menara Exxonmobil and also the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.''

''Petronas was also the key funder of the Putrajaya township and has invested RM1.5 billion in Putrajaya Holdings''.

And, Petronas has earned the whopping billions in 2007!!!
Ya, we, Malaysia really have to increase the oil price!!

3) There's no global fuel shortage

I lazy to write already, come on read here.

All the sources were from the internet. Feel free to post your
comments.

Monash University

Since my sis is studying in Monash University (Sunway Campus), i paid a visit there last week during my trip to Selangor.

I went there during night time. There was not many people, and there's only the library left open.

Monash is a Medical school actually. But it has other fields available too, like Engineering and Business.

All the buildings are connected with ''bridges''.

MUSA Lounge. A place where students can relax and have fun. And!!! The comittee members of the lounge has their own office. Like the key officers, President, Secretary... THEY HAVE THEIR OWN OFFICE EACH!!! Not like mine.... haiz....

I went to the Library since i wanted to do some online-ing and of course have a look of how great is a Uni's library, compared with our lame Chung Ling's library.

The library has three stories in total.

Books, books, and books.....

You can borrow the books on your own here.

My sis told me the main purpose of the PCs here is to search the books. And there will be traffic's jammed whenever some assignments gonna hit the deadline. Students rushing here to use the PCs as their Internet access very fast.

However, when i walked pass by that day, ppl playing games with the library's PC. Haha. My sis told me this is normal, many do that. LOL.

The third floor of the library, there's the red sofas. Students here like to sit on the floor, while the sofas are meant to sleep. And i tried their culture anyway, sat on the floor and online-ed. XD

Ya, the examintions are approaching for them, so these boards are put elsewhere around the library. Good school it is, as the library will be opened until 11pm during the examination periods for the them to study here.

Group study, guys?? Ya, there are also a few rooms for you if you want to do some group study here. All you have to do is to make an appoinment with the librarian.

Damn!! A plasma for you to watch your movie. Great!! The guy was doing his revision as the multimedia room there has tonnes of movies for them to study. My sis is also having Film Studies as her alternatives. Gosh, its nice, no exam for this subject, and all you have to do is watch, watch, and watch!!

Feeling bored in the library?? You also can have some rest or do your study in some areas where a few tables and chairs are put.

Most of the place has the Wireless Internet Connection.

I can say its one of the best university in Malaysia besides University of Nottingham(Semenyih Campus). There's still two foreign universities in Malaysia, Curtin University of Technology and Swinburne University of Technology (Both are Sarawak's Campus). Personally, i like to study the standard of the university and thus, AIMST, IMU, LimKokWing, Multimedia, and Open University are the few that i think is quite good if you want to have your degree locally.

So my tertiary education in Monash?? haha, i dont think so.
